The Northern Lights tour:
Join us for a
mysterious trip, on a dark winter night. Any time from the onset of
autumn darkness until the light nights of spring we can witness one of
nature’s most spectacular displays; the phenomenon which we call the
Northern Lights. Far from the glow of the city, we hunt for the elusive
Aurora Borealis – known as the Northern Lights. Together we will search
for these magnificent auroras. On a clear night, we may be lucky enough
to see the Northern Lights swirling in a wild and carefree dance across
the sky in dramatic shapes, colors, patterns and sizes.
We
reserve the right to cancel this tour if the evening sky is heavily
clouded or weather conditions are not favorable. A decision is taken
daily at 6 pm whether the tour will take place or not. All hotels and
booking agents in Reykjavik are informed by email about our decision so
please contact the front desk of your hotel or the.Before we start this
tour we always check the weather forecast around the south western part
of Iceland. From experience, we decide where each journey will lead us,
for the best possibilities to see the Northern Lights. The price is per

The Golden Circle Classic
This popular excursion introduces you to some of the best known historical sites and natural phenomena in Iceland.
We start by visiting Nesjavellir, a high temperature geothermal area in the scenic landscape of Lake Þingvallavatn. From there we go to the Þingvellir National Park, where the Icelandic parliament Alþingi was founded in the year 930 AD. Þingvellir is geologically remarkable and the tectonic plate boundaries form a breathtaking scenery.

We continue to the beautiful waterfall Gullfoss, where we can walk so close to the edge that we might feel the mist of the glacial water on our faces.
Our lunchbreak is usually at the Gullfoss Cafe. Sometimes we also stop for lunch at the Information Center at the geothermal area around Geysir.
From there we journey towards the geothermal area around the incredible spouting hot springs of Geysir and Strokkur. We proceed to Skálholt church, the ancient seat of the Icelandic bishops. From there we travel towards Hveragerði, a small and charming horticultural village.
Due to weather and road conditions we cannot guarantee visits to Nesjavellir in the winter season.

City Sightseeing & The Blue Lagoon
Tour Description:
This combination of our tours Greater Area Reykjavik Sightseeing and The Blue Lagoon is tailor made for those who don’t have too much time but want to make the most of their day.
We visit the most significant places in the capital, including the presidential residence at Bessastaðir as well as Hafnarfjörður town, restaurant Perlan; which is built on the city’s hot water tanks, Hallgrímskirkja church and much more. The tour takes a break in the city centre where passengers are dropped off to take a stroll or have lunch (not included).
After the break we board the Blue Lagoon transfer bus, which leaves Reykjavík at 13:00, that takes you to the Blue Lagoon, which is a geothermal spa situated in a lava field south of Reykjavík capital area. Once there you have many recreational options such as walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water or enjoying a massage under the open sky. Flexible return transfers are available according to transfer schedule.
Transfers back to Reykjavík are available at 15:00, 17:15 and 19:00.

The Viking Horse & Blue Lagoon
Tour Description:
This combination of the Viking horse riding tour and The Blue Lagoon is for those who don’t have too much time but still want to make the most of it.
Get acquainted with the Icelandic horse which is a breed that has remained virtually unchanged since the Vikings brought it to Iceland in the 9th century. Enjoy a one hour riding tour on the outskirts of the capital.
After the healthy riding experience, we head to the Blue Lagoon. Once there you have a variety of recreational options such as bathing in the milky blue water, massage and spa treatments or simply walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings. For a unique experience indulge yourself in an outdoor massage or one of the spa treatments available. We recommend booking these well in advance by calling +354 420 8800.
Return to Reykjavík is available at 15:00, 17:15 and 19:00. Driving time from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavik is around 50 minutes.

Whale Watching
Winter whale watching is scheduled daily from 1 October to 31 March at 13:00. The most common whales in the winter are dolphins, humpback whales and killer whales, hardly any minke whales have been seen from November through March. For your comfort and warmth, we have special suits on board we can lend you, but we do advise you to wear warm clothes. We also offer hot drinks and light refreshments in our on-board café. Alternatively, you can sit inside the boat in the warmth, where you can enjoy the view from large windows.
There are excellent guides on all tours who tell you about your trip and describe what you can see and where to look, together with an introduction and safety guide. We tell you about the seabirds and nature in the Faxafloi bay. How much we see depends on the sea conditions and season, but our qualified guides are happy to try to answer all your questions.
No two whale watching trips are the same, we need to be flexible and organize your trip taking sea conditions, weather and seasons into account. We rarely have to go further than 15 nautical miles from the harbour.

Greater Area Reykjavík Sightseeing
This tour includes the most significant places in the capital and the surrounding towns. Only a few places are listed below.
We visit the presidential residence at Bessastaðir as well as Hafnarfjörður, the town where the “hidden people” and humans live together in harmony. There we also visit the old fishing harbor.
In Reykjavik we go to the viewing platform at Perlan, which is built on water tanks that hold the city’s hot water supply.
After enjoying the spectacular view over Reykjavík and its surroundings we go to Höfði house where the all-important summit between former U.S. President Ronald Reagan and former U.S.S.R. Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev took place in 1986.
We visit Hallgrímskirkja church and the old town centre where the Icelandic parliament Alþingi and the town hall are situated.
We also show you the sports and recreation area in Laugardalur, with its geothermally heated outdoor swimming pool, and sculptures crafted by Ásmundur Sveinsson.
